As we get ready for our upcoming Koi Show in September, we want to make sure everyone knows how to safely bag and transport their koi. Knowing how to bag and transport your koi is a valuable skill to have as you never know when you might need to move your koi from your pond to a quarantine tank OR from one pond to another.
We will be doing some hands-on learning as we will give folks an opportunity to learn how to properly net, bag and transport koi.
And if that doesn't convince you, Dean's pond has a special treat for you to see. Dean has combined his pond with another one of his passions - model trains! Dean's pond has several model trains that he will be running for us to enjoy. You won't want to miss seeing this extraordinary feat of engineering!
For those interested in being an exhibitor in our upcoming Koi Show, the club will be providing bags for you to take with you so you can bag your koi and bring them to the show!
All are welcome and this will be a great opportunity for all skill levels to learn. Come show your skills and share with us your best bagging tips and tricks!
